Remember me? I'm the one who critiqued your other drawing with Shadow in it.
Anyways, onto this one. When I saw the background, I immediately imagined Shadow and this other hedgehog chatting while looking out the windows into space. The small stars were a nice touch to add a sense of place to the drawing. This could just be me, too, but the black ceiling also helps with that.
The only two things that leap out at me as "wrong" are Shadow's left arm (it's a little too long) and the girl's left hand. In the latter case, the shading doesn't look quite right, and it doesn't look quite like a palm. Looks a little flat.
Your work with hands is definitely getting better, though! You'll recall that in the "King Shadow" drawing you did, I said the shape of the hands was a problem. Here, it isn't an issue; it's just the shading in one of them.
The rest of the shading and the coloring is all done very well, and the mixes of purples in the background add a darker tone to it. This one gets an "A" grade.
This reminds me of Shadow's comic style...I love this pic and the fancharacter looks real nice too. and...sorry to sound dumb, but what's and art trade and how do you do them? lol, I'm new.
